The business was established by Russell in 2014 after 18 years' experience in both domestic and commercial site environments. He qualified as an electrician in 2001 having served his 4-year apprenticeship at NG Baileys. He holds a City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation from Leeds College of Technology. Molly is the business administrator and part-time vet.
We provide complete building and property maintenance services to domestic clients, commercial clients and landlords.
Reliability, experience and professionalism allowed us to rapidly grow the business with the help of recommendations from satisfied clients. Our team expanded to include Craig, Dale and several other vetted and fully qualified occasional subcontractors such as Gas-Safe registered plumbers and FENSA glazing installers.

Craig is a fully qualified joiner having gained NVQ level 2 National Diploma in Joinery in 2010. He also holds a fire protection NVQ level 2.
Dale Crapper
Dale is multi-skilled with over a decades worth of experience. He completed his City and Guilds level 2 in plumbing studies in 2006 along with the ILM level 2 award in team leading.
